For beginners, or as a refresher course, teaching you all you need to know about how to climb safely and competently indoors.This course will show you the safety skills of climbing in the indoor environment, these sessions will take you from knowing nothing, to being able to belay, tie into a harness and put on a harness safely. This course will be run either in Worscester or Birmingham.
